The fastest way to reach us is email: support@chowy.app. We typically respond within 2 business days. When you write in, let us know your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened so we can help faster.
How do I import a recipe?
Open the app you found the recipe in — TikTok, Instagram, or any website — and use the share button to send the link to Chowy. Chowy reads the link and builds a clean recipe with ingredients and steps. You can also generate a recipe from scratch with AI by describing what you want to cook.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they're managed in iOS Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel your plan. Already paid and don't see your plan after reinstalling or switching devices? Use Restore purchasesin the app's settings to recover it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete accountin the app. This permanently removes your account, your recipes, and your household memberships. If you'd rather we handle it for you, email support@chowy.appand we'll process the deletion.
I'm having trouble signing in
Chowy supports Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and email-based sign-in. Make sure you're using the same method you originally signed up with. If you're still stuck, email support@chowy.appand we'll help you back into your account.
How do I report a problem or request a feature?
We read every message. Send bugs, feedback, and feature ideas to support@chowy.app. The more detail you include — screenshots, steps to reproduce — the better.
